International shipping for minimum orders of $150.00 is available for $50.00. We ship using UPS Express Saver for International shipping.

Prince of Peace brings you all the natural benefits of ginger and honey in our special proprietary blend of Instant Ginger Honey Crystals. Each sachet contains concentrated extract from 12 grams of raw ginger, which is the base for the appealing aroma and exquisitely smooth taste. Our ginger honey crystal tea is instantly soluble, convenient, and has no artificial additives.
Easy to Brew—Drinks Like a Tea!
To brew, simply add 6 oz.–8 oz. of hot or cold water per pack of the Instant Ginger Honey Crystals to a cup and stir. Feel free to vary water levels to adjust for taste.
Direction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange 4 3-in. ramekins in a baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, and Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals. Cook over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove pan from heat, and let cool slightly.
- Place egg yolks in a bowl, and beat lightly.
- Temper the yolks by slowly adding one ladle of the warm cream mixture at a time while whisking.
- Strain the custard, and then pour into the ramekins, filling up each to the inner rim, about three-quarters of the way full.
- Fill the baking dish with hot water to about two-thirds up the side of the ramekins.
- Cover the ramekins with foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes until the centers are soft set and spring back when touched.
- Cool and chill the custards.
- Sprinkle the tops with honey crystals/sugar, then caramelize the sugar shell with a blowtorch.
